“The room is as filthy, spots on the comforter, spa tub was gross we never even got in it. Came back to our room on the 1st day and our door to our room wouldn’t even lock like someone tried to open it while we were gone. This place is gross”

“It has been awhile since I had an opportunity to stay at BW in Plattsburgh but it is by far a well maintained hotel. Staff are all very helpful and polite.”
