“The key cards to get in my room were constantly failing which required a return on no less than six occasions to reprogram the key card. This was most inconvenient and annoying! I had no shampoo or conditioner in my shower which was highly disappointing with wet hair and no way to wash it. The staff member in the lobby was using inappropriate and foul language while conversing with colleagues. The pool walls were rusty and need to be cleaned or repainted. “Sadly the pool area needed a good renovation, the hot tub brought in a fair amount of boiling water, which you could feel with your legs, and the shower had little pressure and heat. Breakfast was good but would of benefited from some fruits. 🍉 Sadly, not worth the price.”
