“Room dirty, mosquitoes in room and bathroom, very dirty bathroom, no shower, TV not working. Please remove this hotel from your list so that others may not be troubled like us. I wonder how and what’s your criteria for adding these type of substandard hotels to your selection list!!”

“I keep on travelling to Bellandur and I stay everytime because its nearby to my office. Everytime i share this feedback to the front desk and these people fail to work on it. The rooms are pathetic and i have asked them multiple times to clean it but i guess its behaviour issues.”
