“Staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Pool was clean and chlorinated. Room was peaceful, with air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and a nice balcony. Staff arranged a sea turtle tour with a local guide (Gilberth), who was great. ”

“Luis and Veronica have a very special place, and they are the nicest and most attentive hosts. They welcomed us warmly and told us about the local beaches and recommended local turtle guides, so we got to see some of the Olive Ridleys lay eggs! They even helped us with our special needs (laundry and when a flat tire)! The family tree house is such a unique structure, we loved staying in it. “The property is a short walk from the stunning beach, some of our favorite restaurants. This is a very new and exceptionally well-designed hotel. The rooms are fantastic, everything is brand new and visually pleasing. The pool area and cabanas are wonderful too. Staff is very friendly and supportive. They have a great consierge who booked a lot of activities for us - zip lining, ATV tour, surfing. Room maintenance and cleaning is superb. “Albergo in ottima posizione davanti alla spiaggia Pelada. Colazione sottotono in rapporto al prezzo pagato. Camera datata ma molto spaziosa e accogliente. Purtroppo il ristorante dell’albergo non offre il servizio cena, ma c’è un buon ristorante a meno di 200 metri di distanza.”

“A beautiful place to stay with extremely friendly and kind staff who treated us like family more than customers. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The room is cozy and very comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing for an evening swim. Breakfasts were healthy and satisfying. The coffee was perfect! Also within walking distance of the beach, shops, and many wonderful places to eat. We didn’t move our car once we had parked and enjoyed everything about the area. ”
