The towels were always out of stock at the pool. And another bigger issue I had was with the baby cribs I had my 9 month old baby with me and we got him a crib and it turned out to be infested with bugs. So they changed us to a different room and we requested another crib for the baby and same result it was infested with bugs. We got a third room and just had the baby sleep in our bed at this point. Not a fun experience the hotel is nice and big but not maintained very well and they didn’t really upgrade our room or do anything to compensate the inconvenience that we had twice for the same issue.
