The property was nice the wife and I loved the beach plenty of room and the sand was awesome. Food could be a little better but as in most circumstances with all inclusive, the food is always going to be good, but nothing astounding. Would probably go back. One last thing make sure if you book a excursion with the guys on the beach make sure you get what you pay for

I expected much more from a 5-star resort considering the price. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Our room was not cleaned to a high standard, with visible dust on tables and around the coffee machine. Towels and bed linens looked worn and discolored, and housekeeping was inconsistent, often leaving pillows on the couch or towels on the bed, making it unclear whether they were clean or used. The resort requires excessive walking, and additional connecting pathways between buildings would improve accessibility. The grounds were often littered with cups, napkins, and trash, and stray dogs and cats roamed the property, raising sanitation concerns. Staff appeared overworked and unhappy. The buffet offered an adequate variety of food, but the specialty restaurants served many of the same dishes. The most serious issue occurred when a family member became ill after eating at the buffet, and we found a snail in the salad. The waiter notified the chef, who apologized and offered a specialty dinner plate that was never provided. Getting bottled water for the sick family member required multiple calls and trips to the front desk. Some pools had visible white residue, saliva, and even vomit. Lounge chairs were covered with bird droppings, and the spa had visible mold on the ceiling. For a resort advertised as 5-star, the cleanliness, maintenance, food safety, and guest service were unacceptable. I would not recommend this resort.
