“This unit needs to be removed from VRBO. Owner did not provide door code til one hour after check in. Bathroom fan is black with mold. Unit is filthy. Cabinet doors are broken, walls are dirty and stained. No hot water. Beds were terrible. Kitchen lacks most everything that you need. Bathroom sink leaks water. Arrived and the bedding and towels were wet. Furniture is old and rusty and sparse.
Coffee maker still has old grounds in it. Awning is broken and sliding door doesn’t work. Unit is...

“Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este lugar, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Aunque hubo un pequeño inconveniente con nuestra reserva de Expedia, lo resolvieron muy bien ofreciéndonos un apartamento completo en la segunda planta, amplio, cómodo y con cocina equipada y baño privado !
La atención fue muy buena y siempre fueron muy amables. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, ideal para parejas o familias, con acceso a naturaleza, río y cataratas cercanas.

“el apartamento esta muy comodo, la habitacion, muebles y todo limpio, excelente vista, que estuvo promedio:
a) no habian toallas de playa.
b) no se puede pedir para hacer BBQ.
c) problemas de internet al llegar que ni lo de la recepcion sabia cual era la red.
d) el aire del cuarto estaba como malo.
e) falta que el personal de las instrucciones bien, no indicaron exactamente donde era el parking, tampoco el edificio, no indicaron que no habia toallas de playa, tampoco que no podiamos pedir el uso...
