Getting Around: The condo is about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). If you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

The spa tub does not have a water heating system. It does have jets for relaxation and it's there for your to cool off in this hot sunny environment.
Please Note that the spa tub is not heated.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, and some trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished. Other items, such as dish soap, sponges, cooking supplies, etc., must be purchased and brought on-site.
The condo is located in a complex that provides 24/7 security and a front desk.
We offer promotional rates for stays of 28 nights or longer and with good Wi-Fi, it’s great for the remote worker!
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (smoking or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests: You can check in at the front desk where you’ll present an ID and complete the registration process. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement regarding adherence to the rules & regulations of the complex and the property.
