“AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. There was a leak in the sink, the bathroom light was like a strobe light it flickered on and off the whole time. The shutter was broken so we couldn’t open the shutter room was...

“Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. ”

“Lovely clean modern hotel, beautiful pool, very large suites with huge balconies. Amenities in the rooms are limited - just combined bath soap/shampoo, no moisturizer, vanity kit, etc and no extra towels. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach through a shared path amongst multiple condo complexes. Breakfast is very good with large buffet plus eggs to order. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. ”
