“Villaggio bellissimo, spiagge e servizi tutto perfetto. Per quanto riguarda i ristoranti non sono stati molto chiari su quali puoi e non puoi andare. Ti dicono che ci sono ristoranti a buffet che puoi andare sempre e ristoranti a prenotazione che però non puoi prenotare perché ti danno loro il posto se è disponibile. In questo sono stati poco chiari e sinceri secondo la mia opinione.”

“Il nostro soggiorno, anche se di sole 3 notti, ha vissuto varie esperienze negative. La peggiore di tutte si è verificata una notte al ritorno in camera: la batteria della serratura si era scaricata e non potevamo entrare; dalle 10.40 ci hanno mandato il tecnico alle 11.50!!! Sono stati necessari due viaggi di persona fino alla reception e 3 chiamate per avere un aiuto che richiedeva circa 30 secondi. “In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom.
