Hotel vicino a Playa Hermosa -

“Hotel a 5 km da Jacò, isolato con spiaggia non attrezzata. Onde alte ideali per surf ma non ottimali per fare il bagno. Spiaggia di sabbia scura. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Facile invasione di formiche. Scarafaggi nei corridoi e nelle camere specie ai piani bassi. Colazione molto spartana e scarsina. Wifi molto lento specialemnte nelle camere”

“This was a great property located right on the beach in Playa Hermosa. The rooms were very clean with ac and nice high ceilings. The staff was friendly and helpful and the view was amazing. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area!”

“Talk about luxury. We were blown away and not prepared for the truly 5-star experience they offer. It’s hard to describe how perfect the villas and overall set up with the beach club is… amazing!”

“Excellent property and management. Quick communication. You can walk to the beach in 3-4 minutes. The club bar has the best pina coladas! The pool at the house was super clean and beautiful! We will definitely stay again.”

“Bella piscina, l'hotel è in una stupenda posizione poichè confina con la spiaggia, le camere da letto sono ampie e ben curate l'unica pecca è il bagno che ha la parete aperta sulla camera da letto e quindi gli odori del bagno si propagano.”

“Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

“On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..”

“I reserved and they said that expedia booked the room but they didnt have availability. Terrible customer servuce. They took the payment without honoring the booking. We could not stay there”

“I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. ”

“When I check out the manager and th stuff report lose on plancha in my room and an to charge me , in order a prove I don’t talk it they search my back and car, waste my half hours”

“We enjoyed our stay at Costa Linda. The appartment was clean and had eveything we needed. Eveling was very responsive and helpful. ”

“The hotel is on last end of jaco beach, far from confusion. I stayed here just one night and had an economy room, which are on the main building, close to the Costanera Sur road, and then quite noisy. My room was spacious but a bit old. From what i could see, the condos on the beach are nicer, and are more quiet for sure. Nice beach and kind staff. Restaurant average but expensive. Included continental breakfast was quite poor.”

“No towel service, people could not enter the pool because hand rails to low, tv service was terrible, asked cleaning lady for towels she never brought them, nobody ever came around to see if everything is okay, so we left after two nights and had to book a hotel elsewhere, is it possible to get a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay”

“Todo fue excelente desde la, atención en el mostrador Hasta la, salida del hotel. En el restaurante la comida muy buena, y la, atención excelente. Los precios si son un poco altos. El happy hour muy bien. La, habitación muy aseada. El precio de la, estadía con desayuno excelente. La, decoración dentro y fuera del hotel muy buena y atractiva en especial en la parte de la playa. Gracias por la, atención. Siempre la, paso excelente he ido muy a, menudo a terraza Del Pacifico. Es mi lugar preferido...

“Resort sulla spiaggia, stanza ampia comoda e pulita, il personale gentilissimo e la cucina ottima. A 2 minuti in taxi dal centro...Consigliatissimo. ”

“The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. ”
