“Comfortable place. Two beds in the room, that was unexpected. Nice. Staff need to be more attentive when . Serving and at the bar. But free breakfast was very good. Great beach, one of the best I have been in Costa Rica. Affordable. I don’t know if they have any beach chairs, I didn’t asked. There are none available at the beach except for the next door resort which they don’t rent. There are different activities offered by other businesses.”

“I'm going to file a complaint because they didn't give me the ocean-view room I reserved and paid for. They kept giving me excuses, saying they were going to speak to the manager, and were only offering me rooms that didn't actually have an ocean view. They told me only the suites have one, which I don't understand because the room I paid for clearly states "ocean view." The view I had was of the pool; I have a video of the room”

“Excellent location. Other reviews are accurate. However, There are two locations for this hotel. one is near the main road - that is where the pool is and it is a small pool so we didn't end up using it. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the beach area which was as advertised. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were great. It is a small town so easy access to everything.”

“The pool and property were excellent, we spent an equal amount of time at the hotel and the beach. The one of the mattresses were very hard but despite that we would come back again.”

“Staff were excellent. Very helpful and professional. Pool was pristine, perfectly kept. As usual, kitchenette could use better paring knives. Enjoyed wildlife: howler monkeys, racoons, coati, geckos, iguanas, birds, cat, two big spiders in web by check in! Off the beaten track so very private and quiet; personal cabins in midst of 'jungle'. Would go back and stay longer!”

“The room was in the basement with no hot water, small, and dark. The pool was the size of a large bathtub, and all small clean little prison compound. It would of suffice for a night or two, for about a 1/4 of the price i paid. But at $160 a night, it sucked. Worst hotel.com place ive ever stayed in Costa Rica.”
