“Lovely and unique stay surrounded by nature! Front desk staff was very helpful, but restaurant staff were not very attentive. One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar. Was not very friendly. ”

“Great pool, nice spot. Small things like no dish-wash soap or dish-sponge etc (when only there for a few days and asked to keep all kitchen items clean etc). Asked for extra towels for pool which were provided & were great. 10min walk to beach / bakery / cafe / sodas. 2 min walk to grocery store. On a busy road. ”

“The view is obviously incredible, which is what the resort relies on. The staff were nice enough, but lacked management and training in certain areas. Had they been more attentive, we would have spent more money. The food was well cooked but the menus are a little odd. After paying so much to stay at the hotel, it's then disappointing to have to compete with public visitors to get tables in the restaurant.
