“Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management.”

“The resort isn't brand new, but it's kept up very well and the older build actually brings the building and the grounds much charm! It fits nicely into the allure of the region! When I booked I saw that the resort is labeled as "all inclusive" but only saw the breakfast buffet as being included with our room purchase, which was ok since we were just using the hotel as a stop over for flying out of Liberia the next morning. So I was surprised when we checked in that they are a True All...

We could walk down the beach to different restaurants. We caught a sail boat ride that picked us up from the beach. The hotel staff coordinated it all. Would definitely go back to this hotel!!”

“Piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare ,bel contesto molto verde e curato con una bella piscina ,amache spase nel giardino,ottima sicurezza Colazione casereccia molto apprezzata ,buono il miele 🍯 Camera non troppo spaziosa ,ma letto king size comodo Spiaggia a 2 passi anche se non è il massimo Buona la pulizia ,giardini curatissimo Consiglio questa struttura se cerchi un ambiente familiare e tranquillo”

“This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”

“Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.”

“This is not the best planet hollywood. The buildings are so spaced out that you need a shuttle to go from your room to the buildings where the food is or to the pool. The food is not that great and some of the staff are not that friendly. I would not visit this resort again. overall rating is 4/10.”
