“This hotel checked all the boxes for what we were hoping would be a fun weekend away as a family of four. We booked the king suite, which was a great setup with a pull-out couch in the main area. After checking in, we enjoyed the pool. Later that evening we noticed the room was quite warm so we turned down the thermostat. By the kids’ bedtime, it had become noticeably hotter, and we lowered it all the way to 15°C. Despite this, the room remained unbearably hot throughout the night. Our kids...

“Cons: No parking (they may open the garage door for you but there won’t be any spaces), no pancakes for breakfast :( . Loud. Sauna isn’t very hot. Hot tub and sauna do not appear to be accessible as you have to walk up flights of a back stair well. If it is accessible by elevator it isn’t marked well. Front desk called in the middle of the night while I was sleeping to mention that they put me in the wrong room. Pros: location?”
