“The cleaning staff needs to clean the floors of the room better. Variety of past shoe prints on wood. Shower had left over female bodily fluids. To be fair I didn’t notice at first because it blended in with the pattern of the floor but then the water hit it and it was clear. There was a nice glass out on the balcony filled with old cigarettes and water. I do smoke but would never use a drinking glass as an ashtray. I always use a closable half empty water bottle. “This is not a hotel. It is a rental bldg, short and long term. There is no staff on site. The sent us the code to enter the bled and our room by SMS, which was fine, but the code to our room was our riom number with the first digit repeated at the beginning... seems a bit obvious and unsafe. The door to the room had substantial gaps at the bottom and the side, making the dead bolt visible and the unsafe (not to mention the lack of privacy). A "tennant" was banging and yelling his way to his apt...

“Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also...

“Posizione strategica in una zona molto bella e vivace di Miami, piena di locali e negozi. Attaccata c'è anche la fermata della metro in superficie, totalmente gratuita, che collega con Miami downtown. Piscina un po' piccola, ma spazio all'aperto molto vivibile con divanetti e poltrone. C'è anche il parcheggio che costa 19$ al giorno, molto competitivo per la zona. Se tornassi a Miami non avrei dubbi a tornare in questo hotel.”
