“La ubicación está excelente cerca del parque principal, Agua caliente! Una habitación sencilla pero limpia, todo funcionaba bien. El personal amable, el desayuno incluido exactamente el mismo los 3 días que nos quedamos de los 4 que reservé. Pero limpio. ( huevo, pan, fruta, café y jugo)). La razón por la que estoy evaluando en 4 estrellas y no 5, es porque el costo que se me dio en EXPEDÍA NO ES EL MISMO. Había discrepancia en el precio. Al parecer el impuesto era diferente, ellos hotel...

“The hot water was hard to use. The staff was not too responsive except for in person. Our room advertised a balcony or outdoor space which you did not have. One of the reasons I booked the place. Also the hotel advertised a spa with massages but when I asked about the services there was no response. The place was clean and new and in a great location which is why the rating is not super low.”

“Mi primera vez en Ecuador y me alegró haber escogido éste lugar como destino por 2 noches. El lugar es impresionante de hermoso y con ambiente familiar. Lo que más hizo del lugar uno perfecto fué su personal, súper amables, atentos y la comida riquísima. El detalle que me cautivó fué su disposición Sus animales, los perros y el gato súper cariñosos. Me encantó la experiencia y volvería a quedarne muchas veces más. Muy recomendado!”
