“Servicio excelente, desayuno tipo buffet muy rico. No te avisan que debes dejar la llave si vas a salir, para que te hagan limpieza, de lo contrario, no te hacen el aseo. Por lo demás todo bien.”

“Staff was outstanding even when asked for assistance from other duties they assisted with an Excellent attitude (food, maintenance, cleaning staff members). The only bad thing if had to name one is the size of room (a bit smaller than othes). It was 4 of us and stayed there 10 nights so we had more than normal stuff.”

“One of the cleanest places in San Luis Potosí. Indoor pool, great breakfast, easy access to main streets.”

“It's a nice hotel near the bus terminal. There were a couple of IT problems but in the end everything worked. The only thing is that I needed to ask twice to give me an extra towel (We were 3 people on a double matrimonial bed room.)”

“I stayed for 1 night, room was huge and exceptionally clean. Morning Staff was helpful at assisting me w transportation needs. Breakfast was good, staff there were attentive. Buffet was good. Pricey but good. Everything was clean. I definitely would stay again if needed.”
