“It's a nice hotel near the bus terminal. There were a couple of IT problems but in the end everything worked. The only thing is that I needed to ask twice to give me an extra towel (We were 3 people on a double matrimonial bed room.)”

El desayuno es completo y lo que realmente destacó fue la atención al cliente: olvidé mi cargador y, tras contactarlos, el gerente Giovanni Ríos gestionó el envío del mismo a mi domicilio en otra ciudad, sin ningún inconveniente. Esta atención hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más memorable.”
