“When I pulled up the valet worker didn’t know where there was grass for my dog to go potty. After looking on my own, I discovered they have zero grass. I had to walk up a hill behind the hotel to find a small patch of grass every time my dog needed to go. They put me in a room that wouldn’t cool off. The engineer never showed up to fix it so I had to pack up and move rooms. The front desk employee told me he was upgrading my room for the inconvenience. The only upgrade was a patio. That would...

“This place was terrifying. The parking lot had people perched on cars watching "street workers" making deals. The room smelled extremely strong of pot. The bathroom had thick sticky residue on the floor. We refused to stay. We were told no refund would be given. Only the option for a different room. We left. We didn't feel safe in the room or leaving our vehicle parked in the lot over night. ”
