"The resort is beautiful and the scenery is amazing. When we arrived and checked out our room it wasn’t exactly what we needed. We called down to the front desk and the young lady brought us up keys to an upgraded room free of charge. She was so wonderful to deal with and made our stay there enjoyable. ..."
