“Breakfast was good. Service pleasant. Room needed a small refrigerator and clock in room.”

“Disappointed in the room. The door was damaged on the hinge side and when we arrived the door could be pushed open without the key card. We had to make sure the door was closed securely each time we opened and closed it. We stayed 3 nights. The second day I asked the maid in the hallway to clean our room and bring towels and toilet paper. We were gone all day at a celebration of life and returned to our hotel exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Our trash cans were full, we needed towels and...

“When we checked it turns out they gave us a nice room but not the specific one that I booked which was one of the most expensive rooms. When I brought this up they blamed Expedia and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Expedia blamed the property. Don’t know who to believe . Probably won’t be staying there again”
