Beautiful flat for 4, 50m from the beach

Walking along the promenade, the L'Amiral residence, new and with a seaside style, perfectly integrates into the seafront of the seaside resort. It welcomes you to this pleasant apartment with a balcony. Recently fitted out, the accommodation is perfectly equipped, very comfortable and nicely decorated. It allows you to enjoy the coastline peacefully and freely.

The apartment has a terrace where you will enjoy taking a break in the fresh air! Its living area is composed of three distinct spaces: a living room that invites relaxation, the dining room which awaits you to share meals with family or friends! And finally the fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: a microwave, a combined oven, ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.

When sleep will be felt, you can go and rest in one of the two rooms of the apartment. The first has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom for the parents' comfort, the second has two single beds. A bathroom is also available, as well as independent toilets, a hair dryer and a parking space in the garage.

Emplacement et facilité d'accès

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, le personnel de service a été accueillant et très disponible. A 2 pas de la plage, l'emplacement est top. Cependant, quelques petits bémols en comparaison avec d'autres locations : - Difficulté de se garer sur l'emplacement entre 2 piliers au sous-sol - La rue est assez bruyante. - Le strict nécessaire à disposition (pas de tapis de sortie de douche, pas de gobelets dans la salle de bains).
