Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower area.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- Fully-equipped kitchen, including nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Shower area
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 4 m² sea-view balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Sports activities (sailing, tennis, paddle, golf, hiking...)
- Visit the Emerald Coast (Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte, Saint Cast, Dinard, Saint-Malo...)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. There are also public charging points for electric vehicles nearby.
