Room was not the cleanest, amenities are not as listed. The sauna and hot tub no longer work and the pool is cold. No room service at all and minimal towels were given. No soap for washing hands.

The heat was broken as well as the fridge and when i requested a new room the same issues remained. I was on the phone for hours making sure i got a refund.
