The house :
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- An entrance hall.
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area with sofas including a double sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, as well as a dining area with a table for up to 10 guests.
- The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed and access to the mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x200) as well as a dressing room and an en suite bathroom.
- Separate toilet.

On the half level:
Bedroom 2: a Queen-Size bed with an en-suite bathroom and WC.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be moved together to create a King-Size bed and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds that can be joined together to create a King-Size bed and a wardrobe.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A large garden with trees, 1500 m² without opposite and south facing which guarantees an optimal sunshine.
- A main wooden terrace of 50 m², south facing and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside!
- An indoor jacuzzi, accessible all year round, is available in an annex building. It is equipped with a protection in order to guarantee you a pleasant temperature.

Take a diversion to the Beauport Abbey in Paimpol and the beautiful Château de la Roche Jagu before setting off by boat to the island of Bréhat and the famous pink granite coast!

The accommodation is located in a particularly quiet environment, off the main traffic routes.
On the ground floor, the environment is green with unobstructed views, on the first floor the sea view is omnipresent with views ranging from the Sillon de Talbert, the estuary of the river Trieux and in the background the island of Brehat. In addition, you will find all the necessary amenities nearby: bakery, butcher, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market.

Other remarks :
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. A deposit may be withheld if necessary.
- The outside car park is dedicated to the lodge and provides free parking for 2 vehicles.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Pets accepted for a supplement of €25/stay (one pet only). Please specify when booking.
