La Voilerie also features a 30-square-meter private terrace and an 80-square-meter private garden.
This house is situated within an exceptional 10-hectare estate featuring century-old trees, welcoming you to a former summer camp and historic farmhouse.

The Kerescant estate is ideally located in the countryside along the Steir, a saltwater river that flows into the Sables Blancs beach. This proximity offers easy access to the beach on foot from the estate, surrounded by migratory birds, as well as to the small fishing port of Lesconil.

Maisons BODENN, located within the KERESCANT estate, consists of several historic buildings that have been beautifully restored into four traditional Breton homes (three of which have swimming pools), each with its own history and character.
