The Space:

Located on the ground floor of the house, "ENEZ HIR" is a spacious T4 apartment designed for your comfort and well-being.



As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the warm atmosphere that prevails in this large living space. The fully equipped open kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals while staying in contact with your loved ones in the adjacent living room.



The three spacious rooms offer a comfortable resting space for all guests. Two rooms are equipped with queen-size beds, while the third room has two single beds, ideal for children or friends.



The large bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, an Italian-style shower and a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience to all Travellers.



Outside, enjoy outdoor living on the large wooden terrace, where you can relax and savour meals in the open air in complete privacy. The small garden also offers a verdant space where children can play safely.



A communal laundry room shared by 3 apartments is located in the common area. It notably contains a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.



Are you a larger group? Why not rent one or two additional one-bedroom flats on the upper floor? This way, the accommodation can sleep up to 10 or even 14 people! You’ll find them listed as ROSCAROC ENEZ AR BEG and ROSCAROC ENEZ KARN.



Located just 300 metres from the magnificent sandy beach of Treompan, "ENEZ HIR" offers easy access to the pleasures of the sea.

A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the accommodation works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

A security deposit will be required before each stay. This must be paid via a secure credit card authorisation through our digital welcome booklet.



Smokers are accepted but only outside this accommodation. Parties are also prohibited.



This flat is suitable for people with reduced mobility (excluding wheelchair users).
