It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

- A living room of 30 m² with TV, stove, sofas and dining area.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a sofa.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and an office space.

- A terrace of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit in the surroundings of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
