The eight beaches belonging to the municipality are located at the eastern end of the bay of Morlaix and are spread over 17 kilometres of coastline. Plougasnou is located on the border between the two departments of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. An ideal, central location for attractive excursions to both regions: to the west is the pretty little town of Morlaix, the picturesque spa and harbour town of Roscoff and the seaside resort of Carantec, while the fantastic Pink Granite Coast with the popular seaside resort of Perros Guirec begins just a few kilometres to the north-east.
