Welcome to Plouguerneau, and more particularly to Grève Blanche, the most beautiful beach in the region. With its dune, white sand, rounded rocks and small waves, it's the perfect setting to relax by the sea!

This place combines charm, warmth and comfort so that your holidays, whether sporty, relaxing or cultural, are as pleasant as possible.

This beautiful chalet can comfortably accommodate up to five people. You will be able to choose the beds best suited to you thanks to the three bedrooms. The house is ideally located just 100 metres from the beach. You will also have access to a private garden and a terrace behind the chalet, ideal for your outdoor meals, around a barbecue, or to relax sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, whilst enjoying the sun (terrace facing due south). The garden is completely enclosed, guaranteeing your peace and quiet.

Furthermore, you will benefit from an unobstructed sea view and, if you feel like it, you can try your hand at surfing or paddleboarding. This setting is perfect for an escape by the water!



The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.



On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking. You will also discover a cosy lounge and a dining room. You will have access to the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140/190) as well as a bathroom with WC.



On the upper floor, you will find two other bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190), and the other with a Queen Size bed (160/200).

A washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron are at your disposal for your comfort.



This house has three bedrooms, but its capacity is limited to a maximum of five people. You will therefore be able to choose the bedroom you prefer, whether it has a double bed or two single beds.
