From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the large light-filled veranda, which offers both a living space and a dining area with a direct view of the garden and terrace. It is a privileged place to share convivial meals or enjoy a moment of relaxation in complete tranquillity.



The living area also includes a comfortable lounge with television and Wi-Fi connection, as well as a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals just like at home.



On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer will be at your disposal.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a king-size bed and offers a beautiful view of the sea, which you can admire from the moment you wake up.



You will also appreciate the reading corner located upstairs, between the 2 bedrooms.



Outside, you will enjoy a large wooded garden of 334 m², with no overlooking neighbours, as well as a well-exposed terrace sheltered from view. This space is ideal for outdoor meals, moments of relaxation in the sun or simply to enjoy the surrounding tranquillity.
