Welcome to the Dolmen house, a charming stone house in the heart of Lilia Plouguerneau village.
A place of character, with a rugged coastline, bordered by the sea, the Wrac'h estuary and countless islands including the Virgin Island and its lighthouse. Lilia is ideal for a car-free holiday!
In this house, the authenticity of stone blends with a traditional atmosphere, with a hint of sea air and a contemporary touch.

You will stay in a functional house, with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen: gas hobs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a mini-oven, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you might need.
You will find a beautiful conservatory that will be an essential asset: summer and winter, you will enjoy its light and the warmth of the sun's rays!

Always on the ground floor, the living room will invite you to relax on its comfortable sofas and armchairs. You can watch a film or follow a sporting event on television.
Further on, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a toilet will allow you to relax after a long day of activities. You will also find a games room for children, which can be transformed into a reading space or a home office (fibre).

The ground floor is currently being renovated this winter. The photos were taken before the renovation. The kitchen will soon be open to the living room.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a high-quality Queen Size bed (160*200), with its own WC and washbasin. Adjacent, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190) and a bed that can accommodate a child aged 2 to 4 years or serve as a bench.

Outside, you can relax in a beautiful enclosed and tree-lined garden, around a nap in a hammock or enjoy a good meal with family or friends, around a barbecue or lunch in the shade of an olive tree.
