It is a quiet and privileged holiday resort, ideal for stays with family or friends, which is a 5-minute walk from the port of Magoüer and the beaches of the ria.

Each room of the villa, as well as the outdoor terrace, offers a magnificent and unique panorama of this arm of the sea. In summer and winter, you have a front row seat to discover, according to the tides, the ornithological fauna, the oyster farmers, and the many water activities practiced.

From the house, many walks or bike rides are possible.
The coastal path that borders the villa will lead you to the remains of the Roman villa of Maré Vechen and the port of the old passage. The Barre d'Étel and its wild dunes are a 25-minute walk away.

If you want to swim in a supervised area (July and August), Kervégan beach is 5 minutes away by car.

From April to September, a shuttle bus crosses the estuary from the port of Magouër to the port of Étel.

Shops and all amenities are 10 minutes away by car.
