“What I liked about this hotel is the cleanliness of my room. The staff was very nice. What could be improved is higher toilets. The one in my room was way too low for this 64 year old senior citizen.”

“Overall great value. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Only issue was that my bedsheet blanket had stains that were a bit unsightly. This was the only issue affecting my rating. All esle was great.”

“Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...

“Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross”

“Meh. Couldn’t adjust the fan on the ac unit. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The mold on the north side exterior wall driving up was “off putting.” Other than that it was ok.”

“The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor.”
