“The Berkman is where we stay when we are in Rochester. Good location near St Mary's Hospital and easy shuttles to Mayo. Great food near by and wonderful amenities at the hotel. Beds are comfortable and there is a washer and dryer in each room.”

“There is absolutely no breakfast offering. Nothing. Just coffee. I understand these are suites with kitchens, but not everyone comes there with groceries and plans to cook breakfast. Also, the entry has a full curb all the way around so good luck if you have a wheelchair. Not once was someone at the front desk - you have to ring a bell. No patio, benches, outside seating or designated smoking area. Only positive was that the room and bathroom were good sized and clean.”

“We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”

“The parking garage didn't have enough spaces, and it was difficult maneuvering. Beds were terrible and the bathroom had little boy seats and no grab bars.”

“Everyone and everything was the best as always. My daughter and I were here for her one year heart transplant check up at the Mayo Clinic and as usual we stayed at the Aspen our home away from home. Thank you so much Colton and all of the staff for another wonderful stay.”
