“Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.”

“Very pleasant stay and great location! Special shout out to Olivia who did a tremendous job at breakfast, the dining room was packed with guests and it overflowed into the lounge bar too! They were working with skeleton staff and everyone came down to eat at the same time, however, she did a fantastic job … well done Olivia!”

“Our room was excellent and staff helpful. Lots of roadwork happening near the hotel so no convenient place to park & unload. No on site parking, used public car park 5 minute’s a way at £13 per day. Public transport, buses, at the door were excellent.”
