Charming shingle style cottage with fieldstone foundation, offering 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, a galley style Kitchen decorated with an eclectic flair, Dining room area, cozy Living Room with wood-burning fireplace, and views of the water.

Gather round the fire pit for s'mores or take a walk to the beach through the private path; access the beach via custom built stairs. Experience the beach, relaxed in a private retreat setting - grab a book, witness the sea life and enjoy the breathtaking views here.

This property offers 600' of sandy beach frontage with limited access and abutting the State Park. Natures bounty is just outside the door; bird watching, kayaking, fishing and long walks. Far away from it all, but close enough to get to a restaurant, grocery store, or area attractions..... but, you won't want to leave.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 Per Night Fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 Per Night Fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - No parking on lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.

The property is in a great location which is what you are ultimately paying for. The actual house is sparse with one couch and a loveseat. The house is need of updates and basic conveniences like nowhere to put your shampoo/soap in the tiny bathroom. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t rent it again.
