Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Plymouth Meeting

“We booked this hotel from Friday to Sunday, but I will never book this hotel again we got there early and they were nice enough to check us in we tried using the pool but for a limit of 25 people in that small pool there were not enough lounge chairs (only 7) and 5 chairs, which one was being used by an employee sitting in it smoking so we left we went back about an hour later the employee left so we took the chair, the pool was not that great as the rules are posted clearly on the side which...

“The location was convenient to Philly and the customer service was excellent.”

“There is a small gym. Breakfast was individually wrapped muffins and packets of oatmeal which was less than expected . The room was disappointing and not welcoming.”

“Was an okay place to stay. Unfortunately problems the staff had no control over overshadowed. Parking was a problem since there were only 7 spots otherwise you had to find a spot elsewhere. Internet was practically non existent so no tv even though there was a large screen tv. If like me you like to take a bath no stopper in the tub. On the positive side the town is idyllic.”

“The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed. On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend.”
