“Terrible front desk staff. I booked a King Suite with a bathtub as my wife enjoys a warm tub every morning. I added a request for main floor because my wife was going to check in without me and I didnt want her to drag a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. Some genius gave us an accessible suite instead with no tub. Upon seeing the room my wife went back to the front desk and said the room did not have a tub. They said its what you booked so thats it. I didnt get to the hotel until after 9 pm...
