“Our stay was disappointing overall. The hotel is clearly older and in need of updates. The lobby ceiling had stains, and the chairs appeared dirty and moldy. We paid for early check-in, but when my husband went to the desk, he was turned away without the employee even checking our reservation. When I went up shortly afterward, the same employee immediately checked and got us into our room, although he was still quite rude. The room was dusty, there were crumbs on a chair, the TV and clock...
