Bedroom 2 air-conditioned, duplex accessed via a spiral staircase with three single beds of 90 200cm, children's play area. Located overlooking the living room, this mezzanine bedroom could present a danger to young children. We recommend that they never be left unattended, despite the presence of a balustrade.

A 12m x 3m heated swimming pool open from May to October (depending on the weather), with its deckchairs and outdoor shower, shared with the other tenants of the estate's gites.

For the serenity of parents, access to the pool is fully secured by a protective barrier that complies with standards.
