Guests have full access to the entire home and all major amenities during their stay, including:

Whole house – all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the fully equipped kitchen

Game room – pool, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, beer pong, and arcade game

Outdoor spaces – large deck with seating, pizza oven, Blackstone grill, Pit boss smoker, wood fire pit, propane fire table

Hot tub – private 8‑person hot tub

Parking – driveway parking for 10-12 cars

Lake access – swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the water (seasonal)

Watercraft Access
Guests may use the canoe, inflatable kayak, and paddle boat after signing a required safety waiver.

EV Charging
A 240‑volt outlet is available for EV charging for $10/day (guests bring their own charger).

Community Amenities
As part of Locust Lake Village, guests also have access to community amenities such as lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball, pickleball, tennis and seasonal activities.

I give my guests space but am available anytime when needed

Amenities include three lakes with sandy beaches, a ski hill with a rope tow, playgrounds, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball and bocce courts, and a community center. Boats with electric motor are permitted. Multiple ski areas, including Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski areas, are just 15 minutes away, and it is only 25 minutes to the Camelback ski area and Camelbeach Waterpark.

Locust Lake Village, requires all guests to be pre-registered 72 hours prior to your arrival. You will be given 12 FREE guest wristbands which can be found in the basement. These wristbands allow you and your guests to use all the community amenities such as beach, Ski hill, playgrounds, boating, fishing, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball court, Volleyball court, Bocce and so much more!

Our home is located in Locust Lake Village. Our community requests all incoming guests and vehicles to be registered for security purposes.

Please note, each lease includes up to 10 persons. 2 additional guests can be accommodated with additional cost of $50/person/night.

We do encourage you to bring your furry friends and allow up to 2 pets with $125 pet fee.

Rental Guidelines
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Guest Access
• Upon registration, you will receive a dated renter’s parking permit via email. This permit must be displayed on the dashboard of every vehicle at all times.
• Twelve wristbands (required for guests ages 12 and up) are provided in the home for use during your stay. These wristbands grant access to community events and amenities.

Please note: the LLV community assesses a $25 fee per wristband if they are not returned to the home at checkout.
