Welcome to Latitude Adjustment, our cozy Pocono Lake chalet created for families and friends to slow down, have fun and spend time together.
Tucked among the trees in the beautiful, amenity-filled Arrowhead Lake community, our chalet is just a 1-minute walk to the lake, yet once you arrive, you may not want to leave.
Soak under the stars in our private 7-person hot tub with waterfall, Bluetooth speakers and LED lights, warm up in the 4-person outdoor steam sauna, enjoy a glass of wine on the deck, grill dinner outside or gather around the fire pit after a day exploring the Poconos.

And the kids? They usually disappear into our huge game room with a 65” TV, pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, arcade games, Xbox and plenty of toys and games. They have their own place to play while the adults finally get a chance to relax.

Inside, you’ll find the warm character of a classic Pocono chalet, a wood-burning stove, comfortable spaces to gather and all the little touches that make it feel like home.

With the fireplace crackling, a massive game room for hours of fun, and peaceful forest views, it’s the perfect winter retreat for families, couples, and friends.

In summer, soak up lake life with nearby beaches, kayaking, hiking, and biking trails all day — then relax on the deck, around the fire pit (firewood provided), or in the hot tub under the stars. The large gated patio makes it safe for small children and dogs to play freely while you grill (propane provided).

Inside, enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and the charm of this classic 1969 Pocono chalet — including its cozy character and occasional squeaky floors that add to the authentic mountain-cabin feel. Our beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath chalet sleeps 8-10 and nestled among 2 serene lakes, 4 sandy beaches, and 3 refreshing swimming pools (open seasonally), and yes, we're right next to the Island pool!

PLEASE NOTE:

The home is located in a private, members-only community. All guests must be registered by the host at least 72 hours prior to arrival to receive temporary membership and parking passes. Unregistered guests or vehicles will not be permitted entry into the community.

• You will receive complimentary amenity passes for all registered guests
• All guests must be included in your reservation
• Registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival
• Late registrations incur a mandatory $100 community fee
• No same-day changes or additions allowed

☀ Vehicle Gate Passes

• 2–3 night stays: 1 complimentary vehicle pass
• 4+ night stays: 2 complimentary vehicle passes
• Additional passes available for $20 each, max 5 cars total

☀ Seasonal Amenities (Typical Opening: Memorial Day Weekend)

• Pools: Daily through Labor Day (weather permitting)
• Tennis Courts: Daily until October 31
• Rental Shack:
– Daily Memorial Day to Labor Day
– Weekends only Labor Day through October.

Closures may occur due to weather, environmental testing, or maintenance.
