All linens, pillows, and bedding are provided so you can pack light and settle in comfortably. Each room includes its own TV and air conditioning, giving everyone a private retreat to relax and recharge.



Bedroom 1: King Bed - Primary Suite (Upstairs)

Bedroom 2: Twin over Twin Bunk Bed (Main Floor)

Guest Access:

With the exception of 2 locked supply closets, you'll have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the game room, and outdoor areas, everything is yours to enjoy during your stay.



Access to the home is simple and seamless with a digital smart lock. You’ll receive a unique entry code 3 days prior to arrival, allowing for easy, 24 hour self-check-in at your convenience.

🌊 Locust Lake Community Access



As a guest, you’ll have access to all community amenities throughout your stay — making it easy to enjoy lake life without ever leaving the neighborhood.



After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a required guest registration form, which must be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival.



A $35 community registration fee (set by the HOA) is required

Wristbands will be provided for all registered guests

Lost or missing wristbands will incur a $50 replacement fee



Once registered, your entire group (up to 8 guests) can enjoy the lakes, beaches, and amenities with no additional amenity fees — a huge value-add for your stay.



Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.



Getting Around:

We recommend bringing a vehicle to make the most of your stay. The Pocono Mountains are best explored by car, and having your own transportation will give you easy access to nearby lakes, ski resorts, hiking trails, and local attractions.

That said, Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are available in the area, though availability can be more limited than in larger cities, especially during late hours or peak seasons. If you plan to rely on rideshares, we recommend scheduling in advance when possible.
