Magnifiche vedute attendono da questa splendida cornice sul lungomare. Questa casa con 5 letti è stata rinnovata dappertutto e dispone di un proprio molo personale, camere da letto enormi ma accoglienti, un'enorme sala da gioco a pochi passi dall'acqua e straordinarie aree di vita all'aperto. Passeggia sulla tua passerella personale fino alla spiaggia di sabbia e al molo, ammira le vedute dell'alba e del tramonto dal ponte che si affaccia sugli splendidi giardini e sul lago e pesce e barca proprio al largo del molo durante la stagione o goditi le tranquille vedute invernali mentre prendi una pausa dalle piste da sci!

La cucina è dotata di banconi in granito e il piano principale presenta pavimenti in legno e spettacolari viste sul lago dalle ampie finestre. Un bellissimo camino in pietra si trova al centro dell'enorme camera familiare dove si può ammirare la vista sul lago mentre ci si rilassa davanti al fuoco. Arrowhead Lakes è vicino alle stazioni sciistiche di Pocono e la zona offre opportunità tutto l'anno di nuoto, pesca, kayak, sci e molto altro. Le opzioni sono infinite. La casa è comodamente nidificata sul più grande lago di 260 acri in una posizione perfetta sul lago all'interno della comunità Arrowhead. I laghi sono riforniti di spigole in stagione! La comunità di Arrowhead Lakes si trova vicino a 940, 115, PA Turnpike, Mt. Airy Casino, Camelbeach, Camelback, Jack Frost / Big Boulder, Kalahari, Knoebel's, The Crossing Outlets e l'affascinante villaggio di Jim Thorpe! Questa comunità recintata dispone di due laghi, quattro spiagge, tre piscine, campo da basket, campi da tennis, pallavolo, parco giochi e un nuovissimo lodge spettacolare con una splendida area reception / intrattenimento, zona pranzo all'aperto, centro fitness, sala artigianale, biblioteca, media sala, biliardo e altro ancora. Per l'utilizzo dei servizi della comunità sono previsti costi opzionali.

Altre cose da notare: gli ospiti devono fornire la biancheria. Durante la stagione estiva (dal Memorial Day alla Festa del Lavoro), si applicano ulteriori tasse di immatricolazione dell'auto ($ 25 per veicolo a settimana) e tariffe per i servizi ($ 35 a settimana per persone di età pari o superiore a 12 anni) che vengono pagate poco prima del soggiorno. This place was perfect for our family.Sandy beach for the kids, deck overlooking the lake and a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Family enjoyed our vacation. Very pretty home and lake. Fishing was fun for the grandboys. Enjoyed the beach also. House was clean but in need of kitchen updates on appliances and cooking items. A second refrigerator would be ideal. The exterior could use a good power washing and extermination for all the spiders. Host was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. The access gates need updating due to difficulty opening with QR codes.

Everything we needed for a great large family weekend. We enjoyed all the amenities the home and community had to offer. The house was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Great host! Thanks Pete.

Overall, stay was nice. The owner Pete was very communicative/responsive and accommodating. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out -- living room was a great place to hang out as a group. Our stay was in winter -- very peaceful walking our dog in the snow and cozy when back home with a beautiful view of the lake. There are a few elements that could be improved but it doesn't detract from the stay now looking back on it 2 weeks later -- specifically, the fireplace is not easy to manage and requires supplemental information to turn it on. Even with it, couldn't reliably use it. Believe this should be an investment that is made to improve the experience. But to reiterate -- overall, a nice place for a group to spend time together.

Just completed a weekend stay- all in our group loved the property. Owner has thought of everything a renter would need, and communication was fantastic throughout. Site pictures don’t do the house and view of the lake at sunset enough justice. Absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful and quiet lake, without motor boats. We enjoyed floating, kayak and canoe trips. The amenities of the community are available and we used the pool, tennis courts, and the game room. The house is spacious, with a good gathering space and game area and plenty of beds.

The highlight for us was the view and the hang-out room…the arched ceiling accented with wood planks and the beautiful fireplace overlook the lake that gets all afternoon and evening sunlight. Master bedroom was huge and can easily fit a queen blow-up mattress in there as well if you need additional/alternate sleeping arrangements. We were only there for two nights and it was cold so didn’t use the yard so can’t speak to anything there. Pete was great to work with and answer any questions we had beforehand, as well as during our stay. Great stay and great property.

The house has a great layout and was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children. The lake is so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed access to the canoe, the grill, and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Enjoyed Boulder View Tavern for a nice dinner out! Highly recommend for a vacation with family!

My family (6 adults, 5 children) had an amazing week. Pete is so responsive to any/all questions. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Being lakefront and having the kayak, paddle board, etc entertained my family for the entire week. Fishing off the dock was a huge hit!! The firepit was well used. The children used the pool and the adults did stand up paddle boarding (a very reasonable fee). We highly recommend this home!!! Thank you, Pete, for sharing your home with us!!

We had a very relaxing week at Pete's lakeside home. We loved the open layout of the main floor with lake views from every window. The house was very spacious and neat. There was plenty to do - fishing from the private dock, kayak, canoe, pedal boat. We would definitely return.

Our stay was magical. As front line workers we were looking for a relaxing retreat and we found it. The few minor issues that we found were addressed through a very responsive owner. Thanks Pete and we hope to see you next year.

We had a wonderful weekend away in Pete's lake house. We loved the beautiful open layout of the kitchen and living room, which was great for our group being together (8 adults and one infant). We also enjoyed the boats and the firepit at night. Pete was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed before, during and after our stay. Only negative is that for the price of the house, the outside area could use some improvement in terms of landscaping and better deck/patio furniture. Other than that, great stay! Would highly recommend.

Location was close to Jack Frost Big Boulder. Wish Walmart was closer (25 minutes away). We had 18 people (5 children, 13 adults) and we had enough space to lounge around and hang out. Unfortunately the bathroom doors don't lock but it was fine. We just told our group that if the door was closed, someone was inside. It snowed while we were there and the view was amazing! Pete allowed us to check-out late so we were able to eat our lunch and head out. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at this beautiful mountain house. Its in a great location (close to pool, beach and entrance/exit) and has awesome views. It was very clean and modern. We had a large family stay and had plenty of space, the bedrooms were great too. The owner was exceptional to work with, responds so quickly. The only minus was the overgrown grass/weeds that took over most of the backyard and edge of the lake. Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone. We would love to stay there again.
