“Our stay was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The kids were especially looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool. Before booking, I called the hotel to confirm that the pool was open and heated. While the pool was open upon our arrival, the water was extremely cold and not comfortable for swimming. “This was our first time in the Poconos. The place is huge! There is plenty to do on the grounds daily. The staff, food, and environment were all very nice. They have a daily schedule of things that are going on. Also if you want to do out door activities the adventure center is right down the road. If you want to get away then this is the spot for you. I would highly recommend going here.”

“This hotel has a great ambiance for the price. It's one of the least expensive hotels ,get the staff is great, the water is hot and the TV works. You can't beat the price and they have fireworks right next door to Dunkin donuts”
