Hotel romantici a Pocono Mountains

“The pool was wonderful. The entire resort was great. If I had to say one thing it seems like the smoke smell was lingering and perhaps some kind of filtration system could be used.”

“Simply terrible. Check in: took 2 hrs to check in, only to be told that room isn’t ready and to come back later. No apology nothing. It’s obviously so common, staff don’t even bat an eye. Waterpark: needs completely refurbished. Disgusting. Dirt everywhere, and zero effort being made to clean. From dirty tissues in the pools, to just literally pieces of dirt and grime everywhere. Room: never cleaned, didn’t even have toilet paper and towels when I finally checked in. Everyone was leaving...

“They didn’t clean our room properly (no hand towels) and when we called downstairs to ask for some they told us someone would be coming right up but no one ever came. The food menu in our room was the one from last fall, so it was useless. The food choices are very limited and of course quite expensive ($22 for Caesar salad). However the pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it and the fire pit and all the outside seating. The exercise room was a little sparse but good enough for one person....

“Ótima localização. Bom tamanho dos quartos. Camas confortáveis. Boa ducha. Infelizmente, a funcionária da recepção era ranzinza e mal educada, o que é uma pena, porque tratar as pessoas com gentileza e simpatia é basico. Cafe da manhã muito ruim, sem opções quentes, sem variedades de pãesnou frutas, enfim, ruim ate para os padrões americanos.”

“We stayed for only one night. Our experience was top notch. This is a great old hotel with an 1800’s vibe, but impeccably restored. Rooms are clean, well appointed and the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Bill at the front desk. It’s right in the center of the action in town. The restaurant was also great, good food and good value.”
