“This Hotel is brand new! Everything was clean, sharp, and professional. I checked in within a few hours of its opening. The staff was prepared but still working on proficiency, but they were professional and checked me in quickly. The breakfast bar was great with wonderful hot oatmeal that was just right and not mushy. I did not use the waffle making machines but for others it made crisp waffles. The room was great, modern, and very clean (and prepared). The kitchen was well provisioned...

“I still have not received my refund for thr incidental hold. I have called 3x and every time no one is available that can look into it and I am ensured I will receive a call back the next day and I do not. Our room was ok, the sliding door frame is in rough shape and the room has an odd odor. Check in took almost an hour in line, while several people in front of me still didnt have rooms after hours wait. I was told they weren't sure if my room was clean, but call if it wasn't. There are roaches...

“First of all, they don’t have enough staff Second of all, if you order food to your room, it takes hours. I did it twice. They now charge you for breakfast and dinner. They never did that many years ago and I went. Everything is basically unmanaged so you can use it but if you have any questions or problems you’re beat”

“The Good: the hotel was clean, relatively new. The Bad: Friday night, construction workers were drinking and urinating in the hotel's parking lot. This could be viewed from our window. Spouse went to front desk and informed the lady at the check in desk, that "drinking and urinating in your parking lot was not a good look for Hilton". She agreed but nothing was done. The drinking and urinating went on for approximately 3 to 4 hours. The issue was not addressed.”
