Ranch a Pocono Mountains

“Great hotel”

“Personale maleducato e impreparato.”

“Super clean. Inside and out. Could not have been happier with our stay after a long day. Friendly staff. The lady at check in could not have been nicer, friendlier, polite, helpful, courteous and professional. Great stay. Great value. We will be back.”

“There is so much potential here. Unfortunately it is very sad as the resort is in disarray needing a lot of TLC. We did enjoy our stay here but the cleanliness of the room and condition of the resort was very disappointing. The resort has been there a long time and we met couples who have been coming back for anniversaries for 20 or 30 years. Overall, we had a great time but we feel like this resort is on its last legs.”

“Overall, it was a good hotel and we had a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast could have been better, especially considering the price.”

“Ice machine was broken , no clean linen and was put on hold when inquire about the birthday celebration for 2 hours and more”

“Best host and accommodating our unexpected event with the toddler. Thank you”

“No contact stay and wonderful location and modern room with comfortable bed.”

First, the TV channel selection is minimal and outdated, and it frequently lost its connection to streaming content. Although the TV had Bluetooth, it was difficult to connect and only allowed audio, and parental settings blocked streaming content from a laptop or cell phone. Some areas of our room...

“Abbiamo prenotato una notte e devo dire che tutto era perfetto. Stanza grandissima e pulita. Alla reception ci ha accolto Nancy che era di una gentilezza assoluta. Colazione compresa buona. Consigliatissimo.”
