This Pocono Getaway features a private home situated in a beautiful, friendly community. Enjoy the country feel, while just being minutes from all of your vacay needs. Cabin Weekend

Great Hot Tub and property manager was very responsive. Comfortable and large couch with massive fire pit. There are 5 beds in the house so be aware of that. Had everything we needed and was close to shopping and golf! Would stay here again so try not to read too much into the few negative reviews!

I do not recommend this house to anyone.

The property manager doesn't actually register you with the community and you don't get a guest pass. My family got kicked off the beach and playground because we didn't have a guest pass. The community employee said this has happened to the last 3 guests staying here. They are just pocketing this fee that they charge you. Also because you don't get a guest pass you have to stop and register at the gate entrance every time you enter which is very inconvenient. The swing set needs to be removed or fixed. It is very dangerous for children. The refrigerator is leaking. There is no hammock. There is no child safety features as the listing states. You can tell the house used to be nice but the property management company that is taking care of this place is doing a horrible job.

Would not rent this again!

We rented this in July 2023 and there were still dead leaves everywhere. Security had to contact the rental company to get code because it was never sent to us. The house was not filthy, however it was not cleaned before we came. The beds were very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in every room. The children’s swing and slide was not in good shape and it was not safe for the boys to play on. One piece had nails sticking up on it that my grandson picked up Thankfully he did not get hurt. The bathroom window had a piece of drywall over it. It looked like someone broke into the house. The vent in the same bathroom had a broken vent cover that the boys could have been hurt on. The hammock was torn and looked nothing like the picture. There was expired food in the cabinet some shelves said it was for the owner and another shelf said help yourself. I feel bad for the owner he is probably getting charged to have it maintained by this management company and he is not doing his job. He agreed to refund 1200 which he did not. I reached out to vrbo they spoke with him and he said he would reach out to me. He hasn’t. The house is advertised as child proof. There is no child proofing in this house at all.

Place was very dirty

The place was very dirty nothing was organized. Dishes were a mess the house as well closets were never cleaned under bed lots of dust. The outdoor couches mattresses were full of mold. Liked the area very much but would never go again on this house and i was changed cleaning fee which they put it in their pocket because they don’t clean

Family fun weekend

We enjoyed the house and the community amenities. Unfortunately the the swing slide set needs to be fixed - dangerous for the Kids, there’s no hammock and the refrigerator is leaking. Property manager should really take care of these before renting it again.

Beautiful, fun house in a lake community

This beautiful house was a perfect getaway in the mountains. First, the spacious house was pristine, inviting and full of useful appliances, kitchen items, and toys including the arcade games. The living area and deck were very comfortable and the hot tub was an impressive surprise. We took advantage of the short distance to the lake with playground, and the nearby attractions.

Best place ever

I’m super happy I decided to rent this property and beautiful place, me and my family loved it, everything was so clean and shiny, comfortable, fireplace and Jacuzzi was amazing. I’m going to recommend to all my friends and for sure I’m coming back again.
