From the kitchen, walking some stairs leads to a wooden Loft of 16sqm, used as a modern living room and relax area.

24 h High Speed WIFI is for free and works in all hamlet’s area and near the swimming pool!!

The old barn has the entry from the ground floor and a nice private courtyard arranged with big table to accomodate large groups and gazebo where all together you can have your breakfast, dinner or just relax yourself drinking a glass of wine in a peaceful ambient surrounded by olive groves.
